Payment with EAN Number

Who can pay with EAN number?

EAN payment is exclusively for public companies and institutions , such as:

  • Municipal and regional bodies

  • Government authorities and agencies

  • Elementary schools, high schools and universities

  • Daycare institutions and daycare services

  • Public cultural and leisure facilities

Private companies and individuals cannot use EAN as a payment method.

How to order with EAN

To complete a purchase with an EAN number from us, you must send an order to our customer service via email. Here's how:

  1. Send an email to info@skabditvarksted.dk

  2. The email must be sent from an official company or institution address (e.g. @kommune.dk )

  3. Please provide the following in the email:

    • A complete list of the desired products

    • Company EAN number

    • Name and address of recipient

    • Desired delivery address

    • Contact person and possible telephone number

Once we have received your order, we will ensure that it is handled quickly and correctly. You will receive an order confirmation and invoice sent via the EAN system, so that it all fits into your administrative workflow.

Important to know

Please note that EAN orders cannot be processed directly in the webshop . All orders with EAN must be placed via email so that we can ensure correct invoicing and delivery.
